I never thought I'd be blogging about Blackberry until the professor of my marketing class instructed us to keep a blog and represent a company of our choice. After leaving that class, the choice was difficult but made: Blackberry.
I wanted to complete the assignments given and more so,learn more about a company I support socially and financially. Though this experience is still recurring, a great amount of knowledge has already been gained both about the company, Blackberry, and business in general.
I came to BMCC after a short-lived performing arts career here in New York City and back home in Florida. I started acting at 16, even having some success by that point with several commercial and film projects but by the end of last year, I decided to be more than an actor. I enjoy the performing arts, but realized I enjoyed them more as a hobby. I always wanted to enter into business. Even when I was a child, I mowed lawns in my neighborhood and would keep the “books” for all of the lawns I completed. This had to be a sign.
